Tickets to Madison Ballet performances can be ordered through the Overture Center Box Office online through the links below, by phone at 608-258-4141, or in person at the box office at 201 State Street.
Avoid purchasing tickets with resellers on third-party sites. You will receive your exact desired seats at the best price only by ordering directly through the Overture Center.
Madison Ballet performances will be held at Overture Center or MYArts. Theaters include Overture Hall, Capitol Theater, Promenade Hall and MYArts Starlight Theater.

Monday-Friday 11am to 5pm
Saturday 11am-2pm
Sunday hours vary with event schedule
Overture box office is open additional hours on event days and remains open through curtain time on any night of a performance.
You have three delivery options when purchasing your tickets. Be sure to review those options when placing your order.
Mail: Your tickets will typically be sent to you within 3-5 days of your purchase.
Will Call: Tickets held at will call may be picked up ahead of time at MYArts or the Overture Center. On the day of show, your tickets will be held at the performance venue.
Orders placed within 10 days of a performance date will automatically be held at will call.
Digital/Mobile: Access tickets on your mobile device by logging into your Overture account. Your QR code will be available 2 hours before show start time.
All sales are final; no refunds are available. Purchased tickets may be eligible for free exchanges. Tickets must be exchanged at least 48 hours before the first performance involved in the exchange. Tickets may only be exchanged for a Madison Ballet 2025-26 season performance of equal or greater value, provided the additional value is paid, if applicable. Tickets purchased online or by phone, through Overture Center are subject to a 15% convenience fee per ticket fee.
Tickets purchased directly at Overture Center Box Office have no fees.
Cancellations are at the discretion of the Overture Center and Madison Ballet. Cancelled performances are eligible for a refund or exchange to another Madison Ballet 2025-26 season performance (based on availability). No performance is available for an exchange into the following season. Service charges are non-refundable.
Wheelchair seating, assisted listening devices, and Sensory Kits are available at all performances. Please make your accommodation requests when ordering your tickets.

Starting with all 2025/26 shows
You will now see a detailed ticket price breakdown before purchase, including ticket cost, sales tax, facility fees and any artist- or promoter-requested charges. A clear “Fees” section on the shopping cart page outlines exactly where every dollar goes.
When you hover over a seat on the map, you’ll see the “all-in” price, including all taxes and fees before you add it to your cart. No more surprises during checkout.
This isn’t a price hike. Our facility fee, service charges and sales tax remain unchanged from previous years. What’s new is the level of transparency: everything is itemized so you understand exactly what you’re paying for.
Most of what you pay goes directly to the artist or show. The remaining fees help Overture maintain our venue, support our team and continue offering extraordinary arts experiences to the community.
We’ve made this change to build trust and confidence with our patrons. Transparent pricing empowers buyers to make informed choices and aligns with industry-wide efforts to demystify ticketing.
