Five New Pieces Will Be Unveiled At Madison Ballet's Season Opening Show

“When Ja’ Malik joined Madison Ballet as its artistic director last year, he decided he wanted the first program of every season to feature all new pieces.
“These are works created especially for Madison,” Ja’ Malik said. “It gives us a singularity that’s different from every other ballet company in America because no one else is creating these works that you’re going to see on the ‘Innovation’ program.”
“Innovation” kicks off Madison Ballet’s 2023-24 season when it debuts Oct. 26 at the Overture Center, and the audience will see the world premiere of five new works.”
