Planting Seeds of Change
School of Madison Ballet Director Rachelle Butler has been actively seeking opportunities to highlight the challenges dancers of color face in the historically Euro-centric world of ballet. She recently published an op-ed on the topic of racial inequality in ballet for the website Capital City Hues.
