Guitar Concerto
Choreography by Ja’ Malik

Accompanied by the soft, beautiful melodies of classical guitar, this piece has three movements. The female soloist weaves in and out of the full ensemble texture, which teems with excitement, followed by a gorgeous pas de deux full of sweeps and lifts, and closing with the ensemble separating into pairs before all dancers return in a fun, free-spirited finale.
Armistice
Choreography by Richard Walters
This piece explores love from the perspective of a same-sex couple, representing fully that Love is Love. Romantic and physically exciting, the duet will explore weight, dynamics, and musicality,
Farewell

Music by Claude Debussy
Set to “Clair De Lune,” this solo is a tribute to the choreographer’s childhood best friend after learning he died from AIDS related complications. The creation of this work was a beautiful way to say good bye.
Dance Odyssey

Originally created in collaboration with the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra for their 2023 Concerts on the Square, this up-tempo work for four dancers is about friendship and community.
Something To Remember You By

Music by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Frédéric Chopin, George Frideric Handel, Robert Schumann, Felix Mendelssohn, and Johann Sebastian Bach
This piece is an ode to the passing of a loved one. How they wish to be celebrated and remembered, while exploring the dichotomy of extreme sadness and exuberant joy for those who are still living.
